Notice to all readers from the publisher:  I have hesitated to make this announcement because I needed more time to try to secure funding. I'm now out of time as well as being out of money. Please read the following closely.

I, Elias Alias, have had to stop publishing this newspaper because of lack of funds. I could not sell enough subscriptions to continue to pay for the paper. I could not sell enough bulk shipments. I could not sell enough advertising.

Although I've published this fact often, I must repeat it here: The Oath Keeper newspaper was my idea of something I could do for Oath Keepers, and was not an Oath Keepers production. I started publishing this paper on the faith that Oath Keepers members would buy enough papers to pay for its printing and distribution month to month, and I did not take funding from the organization Oath Keepers. It was meant to be something I could do to help Oath Keepers fulfill our mission. I have failed.

My staff has lost thousands of dollars over the course of the first nine months of publication for this newspaper, and I'm out of money.

I have a complete database of all subscribers which totals less than four hundred. Some of you have paid for newspapers which cannot be printed now. My hope is to take a job and begin refunding the balance due on each unfulfilled obligation, one at a time, until I get everyone's money refunded. Because I have no job at present, (but do have hope that I'll begin to earn an income soon), I'm not sure how long it is going to take me to pay the balance of each unfulfilled subscription.

I wish to thank each member of my all-volunteer staff for tireless devotion to each issue we put together and got out there to the public.

I wish to thank each of you who donated to this paper.

I wish to thank each of you who bought bulk boxes of papers to distribute in your communities or to ship to our troops.

I wish to thank each of you who subscribed to the paper.

I wish to thank each of you who wrote to me with appreciation for the articles we carried in this newspaper - I'm glad some people got enjoyment in reading the paper.

I apologize to all of you for not being able to raise the money to keep the paper going each month.
